☆ Where do you source your materials?

All materials used for each individual item will be detailed appropriately in their respective listing! As sustainability and minimizing textile waste is important to me, my plushies are a blend of fabrics I've personally purchased as well as carefully sourced repurposed vintage and retro textiles. 

☆ What is your return policy?

I do not accept returns except in extreme circumstances. Please contact me promptly for assistance if a return is requested. Additionally, once a package has processed through the mail, I am no longer responsible for it. 

☆ What is the wait time for made to order items?

Made to order items start production once the item is ordered. From there, the turnaround time for crafting is approximately two (2) weeks. Once fully crafted, your item will ship out promptly!

PLEASE NOTE: Should your order contain ready to ship and made to order items, your order will be shipped together once all made to order items are ready.

☆ Do you accept commissions/customs?

Yes! You are welcome to contact me either via the contact page on my website, my direct email, or DMs on Instagram. From there, we can discuss your request and proceed further!
